Raffles at Galaxy Macau is set to hold its soft opening to the public on Aug. 16.
A grand opening, celebrating the addition of the remaining signature restaurants, bar and a spa, is expected towards the end of the year.
Looking ahead to the opening later this year, Chef and Sushi Master Masaaki Miyakawa, one of the only 5 Three-Star Michelin Sushi Chefs in Japan, will helm a new signature Sushi-Kappo concept, and is also developing a Teppan restaurant for Raffles at Galaxy Macau.
The brand’s historic Long Bar is set to take on the 108-year-old heritage gin bar, and is being designed by the luminary Joyce Wang, with a cocktail curation, including an official Macau Sling, to be created by a collaboration with noted 50 Best Bars legend, Antonio Lai.
