Wynn Macau’s ‘Drunken Fish’ officially opens

Wynn Macau officially unveiled Drunken Fish, a brand-new immersive seafood restaurant that features a modern design with multiple hand-bent curved aquariums and a trendy turquoise Moutai bar.

The restaurant is Macau’s first to offer live auctions, where guests can bid on the freshest catches every Friday and Saturday evening.

In addition to enjoying Moutai – China’s national liquor – at the bar, executive chef Henry Zhang Zhicheng infuses Moutai into seafood dishes, marrying the liquor’s unique flavor with the freshness of the seafood in dishes such as the red-spotted grouper with pickled tomato, chili, bean sprouts and Moutai. The dish takes inspiration from a traditional Chinese fish in sour soup dish, while the aroma of the liquor brings out the ultimate freshness. Drunken Fish is also the only restaurant in Macau to specialize in freshly made seafood dim sum, prepared daily by Chef Zhang and his team.
