For those who love French dishes but prefer to enjoy them in a casual setting, there is a new venue just opened not long ago. The Ritz-Carlton Café located inside Phase 2 of Galaxy Macau is an authentic French brasserie that serves all time French favorites such as beef tartare with French fries and sole meuniere. It is a perfect place to have a chic lunch or an elegant afternoon tea experience. Chef Raphaël Kinimo from Lyon specializes in expertly executed French cuisine. His selection of traditional French desserts such as Chocolate Surprise, Crème Brûelèe and Brioche Praline are not to be missed. Last but not least, the hot chocolate at the café is my personal favorite. Topped with a thick layer of whipped cream, the wonder made of Valrhona chocolate is to die for. Once the cream is completely mixed with the chocolate, the thick liquid has a fluffy texture. The rich flavor will surely get you addicted.
