Louis XIII Holdings Limited arranged a specialized training session for its butlers with MCM Palace Consultants in Paris, where they were extensively trained in service, etiquette and entertaining. Louis XIII offered this opportunity to Macau citizens to develop their professional skills to world level.
“All Louis XIII team members are part of creating a refined and remarkable experience for our guests and we are going to exceptional lengths to ensure staff have the highest skills and expertise required. The butler training in Paris is an example of our pledge and commitment to the development of our valued staff, which is an essential and integral part of creating, from Macau, one of the world’s leading luxury brands,” said Mr. Stephen Hung, Joint Chairman of Louis XIII. “We want to redefine what a luxury experience means to our guests – while also transforming the aspirations of the Macau citizens who make these experiences happen”.
Louis XIII’s butlers will receive additional training by the Guild of Professional English Butlers. Successful graduates of this program, tailored for Louis XIII, will be awarded Associate Membership of the Guild.
Ms. Emily Chan, one of the butlers who attended the training in Paris said, “I am impressed by the unparalleled level of training Louis XIII provided throughout, from the smallest detail such as the greeting of guests, to learning specialty knowledge like wine pairing and the skill of anticipating guests’ needs. I am confident that future Louis XIII guests will be equally impressed by our refined services.”
Louis XIII is developing a new ultra-luxury lifestyle destination on Macau’s Cotai Strip. The property is still under development and is slated to open in the summer of 2016.
