MGM Macau will present the ‘Maritime Silk Road Culinary Art Feast’ as part of its “Gastronomic Journey with Star Chef” series, celebrating the city’s status as a Creative City of Gastronomy.
From April 11 to 12, Chef Yang Yanbin, Michelin Young Chef Award winner and owner of Hokkien Cuisine Restaurant, will collaborate with Chef Homan Tsui of MGM Macau’s Imperial Court to create a menu blending Lingnan and Fujian culinary traditions.
The four-hand menus are highlighted by spices, artisanal cooking techniques, and tea culture, offering guests a unique dining experience that blends history, culture, and culinary art from Quanzhou to Macau.
The menu showcases Quanzhou’s coastal ingredients and signature dishes, including Braised Sea Cucumber with Ginger and Steamed Blue Lobster with Satay Sauce, alongside Chef Tsui’s refined Lingnan creations.
The experience also includes an exclusive tour of the Poly MGM Museum’s Maritime Silk Road exhibition.
