The Blue Man Group is set to perform at the Venetian Theater from August 11 to 28. The stage show, recognized for its trio of bald and blue performers, will offer an evening of entertainment to local audiences as part of its new worldwide tour. The performance features a combination of science, comedy, music and vibrant visual effects.
The Blue Man Group “is a comedy, theatre, rock concert and dance party all rolled into one and have been performing to sellout crowds all around the world including extended seasons in Las Vegas.,” according to a statement issued by Sands China.
Over 35 million people in more than 15 countries have seen one of the various Blue Man Group productions. The show is promoted by Chessman Production Ltd. Macau, together with Sliding Doors Entertainment and BASE Entertainment Asia.
cem awards ‘e-bill grand lucky draw’ winners
Companhia de Electricidade de Macau – CEM, S.A. (CEM) ran the “E-bill Grand Lucky Draw” promotion from last September to March and received over 1,000 applications for the e-bill service from residential customers.
The activity aimed to encourage citizens to receive electricity bills through an e-bill service as it not only allows citizens to retrieve electricity bills on smartphones and tablets but will also take part in helping to protect the environment.
Aside from the winners of the grand prize Apple Watch, an additional 25 winners will receive MOP200 in supermarket coupons.
CEM will continue to hold a number of activities this year related to environmental protection and energy saving, including the “Experience Life without Electricity Camp” and “Solar & Capacitance Model Car Races” at Coloane Power Station, an “Energy Fun Fair,” a “Healthy Eating” Induction Cooking Contest and more. According to the company, these activities will enable citizens to increase their knowledge of electricity and awareness of protecting the environment.
