VMRH-Exteriorthe venetian awarded tripadvisor certificate of excellence for fifth consecutive year

The Venetian Macao has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award for the fifth consecutive year, and has been inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’ – an honor bestowed on those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five years in a row. The award winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
“It is a great honor to be awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence five years in a row and inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’,” said Mark McWhinnie, senior vice president of resort operations and development. “The award is a source of particular pride for us because TripAdvisor is a consumer-driven review website. This proves to us that we are fulfilling one of our key objectives: making sure our customers have the best possible experience when they stay with us.”
