At the Beyond Expo yesterday, “CTM and the University of Macau Cooperative Research on Big Data Collaboration Agreement Signing Ceremony” was conducted at CTM’s booth. The signing sealed a collaboration agreement to develop big data in tourism soon, and opened a new chapter for the evolution of Macau’s smart tourism.
In addition, CTM also jointly held the “CTM 5G Land and Sea Smart Public Transport Inauguration Ceremony” with TCM, Transmac and Shun Tak- China Travel Ship Management Ltd., announcing the official launch of CTM 5G in Macau’s land and sea transportation system.
Until now, CTM has provided Wi-Fi services riding on mobile networks to 1,000 land and sea transport vehicles, serving more than 10 million users.
As a smart city service provider and an establisher of the “Cloud, Network, Intelligence and Security” digital foundation, the telecommunications firm said it will continue to collaborate with different partners, introducing various innovative smart applications and solutions.
