Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) hosted the “IR Youth Program Talent Development Showcase and Ceremony” in the Banyan Tree Macau Ballroom earlier this week, where participants were presented with certificates to recognize their outstanding achievements.

Since 2023, GEG and the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) have co-organized the “GEG Integrated Resort Youth Development Program,” which has provided over 180 local talents with employment opportunities in Food & Beverage, Hotel & MICE Operations, Integrated Resort Services, Security Operations & Asset Protection, and Transportation.

The program also includes 300 hours of professional courses and vocational training, offering support to participants in strengthening their personal and professional development.

“We appreciate GEG’s support and collaboration in nurturing local talent in Macau, offering diverse training opportunities, and actively encouraging employees to obtain nationally or internationally recognized professional certifications, which helps establish a sustainable career pathway for local residents,” said Wong Chi Hong, director of DSAL.
