Melco Back to School Program promotes lifelong learning for colleagues

Melco Resorts & Entertainment’s Back to School Program provides colleagues who left school prematurely with the opportunity to gain their High School Diploma in-house by undertaking formal education alongside their employment. The Company was the first local integrated resort operator to launch its in-house Back to School program in collaboration with Escola Secundária Luso-Chinesa de Luís Gonzaga Gomes back in 2010 as part of its Whole Person Development program. It has since inspired other companies to adopt similar programs.
