MUST students score accolade in 39th Mathematical Contest in Modeling
Under the guidance of their professor Cai Zhanchuan, the undergraduate students Yu Ziqiao, Zhu Yingqi and Tang Qingfeng from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, within the Faculty of Innovation Engineering of MUST, have won an Honorable Mention after participating in the 39th Mathematical Contest in Modeling.
For many years, the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Innovation Engineering of MUST, has maintained a mathematical modeling guidance team to provide students with specialized training lectures and pre-competition guidance.
The international contest gathered a total of 20,858 teams from more than 20 countries, including the United States, the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, and others.
The Mathematical Contest in Modeling aims to provide college students with opportunities to cooperate as a team, exercise their ability to analyze problems, solve problems, and write.
