No decision on Fishermen’s Wharf height limit

The Chief Executive has responded to public concerns over plans to build a high-rise tower at the Fishermen’s Wharf, saying that the decision hasn’t been made regarding the building’s height limit. In light of the controversy, he said that the developer is entitled to propose their requests in compliance with the law. However, the Urban Planning Committee is yet to further discuss the matter, and will not do so until after the government’s research report comes out.
