Renowned sushi chef Hiroyuki Sato is making a return to SUSHIDAN at Rossio, MGM MACAU for a limited-time refined omakase experience from May 9 to 11 with his ultimate craftsmanship.

Recognized as the “Craftsman of the Next Generation” in Japan, Hiroyuki Sato is well-known with his innovative sushi creations that showcase his boldness and creativity. Born into a sushi family, Sato-san broke away from tradition. He took a different path by founding his own sushi restaurant and spending time travelling the world for chef pop-ups. He has earned a Michelin star for the sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo and eventually become a one-of-a-kind sushi master.

In this exclusive omakase journey, you will witness Chef Sato’s mastery over his craft of exquisite edomae sushi up close, and indulge in the rich umami and ultimate craftsmanship in each piece of nigiri. To complete and complement the experience, Chef Sato selects fresh ingredients sourced directly from Japan and curates his own akazu seasoning in making his artisanal edomae sushi, also you can elevate the umami taste with the curation of Japanese sake pairing in different flavors and richness.
