Over 100 individuals from local clubs and service organizations recently participated in a CPR/AED training session at the Pou Tai Senior Citizen Support Services Complex in Taipa. The event was organized by Rotary International District 3450, the Rotary Club of Oriental Pearl Macau, and St. John Ambulance Hong Kong. During the opening ceremony, the director of the Health Bureau, Alvis Lo, commended the initiative and its potential to enhance community health. He also emphasized the need to disseminate knowledge about CPR and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), which can be vital in saving lives.
