Chestnut blackcurrant Mont Blanc with raspberry Coulis ends the meal with a sweet conclusion.

Valrhona Chocolate Afternoon Tea at Xiao Ting is a winter special presenting artful western savouries and sweets reflecting Valrhona chocolate’s superb quality. Displaying the ingenuity of the culinary team, exquisite delicacies includes a chocolate spice gingerbread cookie made with Manjari 64%. Liberating fresh and acidic notes of red fruit with a delicate finish of roasted nuts, the chocolate pairs beautifully with the warmth of ginger and spice, manifesting all its splendor in the form of a cookie. Best to be enjoyed with the Four Seasons festive hot chocolate made with Valrhona NYANGBO 68%.

For a relaxing spa experience that also includes chocolate, the spa at the hotel has a Pure Decadence treatment. Luxurious chocolate is applied to the body for a warm and silky sensation. The body is polished with a sugar scrub to remove dry skin before being cocooned in a decadent chocolate mud. A head massage follows and a gold Bioxedia mask hydrates the face. The body is then caressed with butter while the therapist skillfully performs a relaxing massage. The treatment ends with a soothing cup of hot chocolate.
