As the Year of the Snake gracefully unfolds, Four Seasons Macao’s Zi Yat Heen proudly celebrates its esteemed Black Pearl award.

We are invited to be among the first to savor the exquisite Black Pearl And Moutai menu, a culinary masterpiece crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Anthony Ho Yam To in collaboration with KweiChow Moutai.

The 7-course tasting indulgence showcases culinary excellence with premium dishes like Steamed Lobster Fillet with egg and Kristal Caviar, Braised South African Abalone with diced chicken fried rice, paired with the Kweichow Moutai Tasting Flight.

This extraordinary occasion also marks the debut of the “One Zodiac, One Moutai” collection in Macau.

As the first hotel in Macau to showcase 12 Chinese Zodiac Moutai, including the unparalleled Year of the Snake Moutai, Four Seasons Hotel Macao is the premier destination for Lunar New Year celebrations.

To honor this festive season, traditional Chinese New Year puddings are available at Zi Yat Heen. The Classic Pudding with Coconut Milk delights the senses, while the Abalone and Turnip Pudding with Conpoy promises an abundance of flavor.

For families seeking authentic Lunar New Year feasts, Chef Anthony Ho’s artistry shines through auspicious dishes such as Stir-Fried Tiger Prawns with Salty Egg Yolk, Double- Boiled Abalone with Fish Maw, and Sautéed Lobster with Vermicelli.

Each dish reflects his mastery of umami and earthy flavors, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Xiao Ting invites guests to explore new gastronomic endeavors, featuring Flying Fried Noodles with Boston Lobster, Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Coconut, Red Date and Fish Maw, and the Snake of Fortune Afternoon Tea showcasing Lucky Choux, Golden Tartlet, Fortune and Lantern—perfect for sharing with loved ones during this festive time.

The Prosperity Buffet at Belcancao presents an array of culinary highlights, including Roasted Duck Peking Style, Spicy Lobster Risotto with Caviar, and Huadiao Drunken Chicken, appealing to discerning palates.

For food enthusiasts, Ohte Abalone Jade Ramen offers a casual yet stylish dining experience, culminating in Orange Ice Cream Puffs for a refreshing finish.
