Fado executive chef Luís Américo returns to Macau
Luís Américo, Executive Chef of Fado restaurant at Hotel Royal Macau is returning to Macau this April and May. The Portuguese Chef will showcase his culinary skills through a special five-course tasting menu, uniquely curated by himself to captivate the hearts of Portuguese food lovers.
The highlights of Chef Luis’ dishes include Oven roasted sea bass with juices from “caldeirada” fish and vegetable stew, Portuguese cod in a bread shell with smoked pork loin and onions comfit, Serra cheese, honey and sesame on a choux pastry shell, Grilled rib eye steak with black pepper and potato mash and Almond and pumpkin cake with cinnamon pudding and strawberries sauce.
Limited to one-month promotion, the Chef’s Tasting Menu is available from April 15 to May 14, 2015 and is paired with a selection of Esporão wines.
