The Tourism Crisis Management Office (GGCT) has issued a statement to say it is “paying close attention” to the three coordinated attacks that took place yesterday morning (Macau time) in London, United Kingdom (more on p14).
According to the office’s criteria, the Level 1 Travel Alert on the United Kingdom, issued in response to the terrorist attack in Manchester two weeks ago, remains in force. “Macau residents who intend to travel to or those already in the United Kingdom should remain vigilant and closely follow the development of the situation,” the GGCT advised. The GGCT also noted in the statement that the office has not received any request for information or assistance.
