Chef Olivier Elzer Curates Three-Day-Only French Degustation for Aux Beaux Arts at MGM MACAU

MGM once again surprises connoisseurs with its limited-time guest chef collaboration. MICHELIN-starred Chef Olivier Elzer, founder of the esteemed French restaurant Clarence in Hong Kong, will bring a three-day exclusive gastronomic experience to the elegant French establishment Aux Beaux Arts at MGM MACAU from May 10 to 12, all in an elegant ambiance reminiscent of a 1930’s French brasserie.

Chef Olivier Elzer have been recognized with a total of 28 MICHELIN stars over the years. With a profound understanding of French cuisine and a flair for East Asian culinary artistry, Chef Elzer will present special degustation menus curated exclusively for MGM with his stellar team, including Executive Chef Simon So, Chef Pâtissier Steven Jin, Chief Sommelier Tristan Pommier, and Head of Mixology Maxence Traverse. Each creation showcases the best of modern French delicacies with an enticing and innovative Asian twist.
