cem announces ‘e-bill grand lucky draw’ winners
Companhia de Electricidade de Macau – CEM, S.A. (CEM) recently held a presentation ceremony for the prizewinners from the “E-bill Grand Lucky Draw,” which was held from last September to March 18, 2016, to encourage citizens to receive electricity bills via the e-bill service.
According to a statement issued by CEM, over 1,000 residential customers switched from paper bills to e-bills during this time.
The lucky draw featured prizes such as Apple sport watches, single-day tickets for Hong Kong Disneyland, round-trip jetfoil tickets for four persons, Fujifilm Instax SHARE SP-1 wireless photo printers and supermarket cash coupons.
The firm hopes that citizens will continue to use the e-bill service since most of them have smartphones and can download the CEM e-Service app to check their bills any time.
Through this campaign, CEM aims to enhance the public’s environmental awareness and encourage citizens to conserve electricity and paper resources.
