P002_Chef Nic and Angelababy at The Tasting RoomCity of Dreams Macau’s contemporary French restaurant The Tasting Room and Chinese restaurant Jade Dragon have once again succeeded in achieving one star each in the newly published Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2015. Jade Dragon and The Tasting Room celebrate the accolade respectively for the second and third year in a row, making them one of the only 11 Michelin-starred restaurants in Macau with the release of the newest, internationally-acclaimed Michelin Guide. The prominent result has also maintained City of Dreams Macau’s status as the property with the most Michelin-starred restaurants on Cotai, Macau in 2015.
“At City of Dreams, we are proud to see both The Tasting Room and Jade Dragon continue to enjoy the honor by Michelin, an indisputable testament to their continued success in pursuing culinary excellence and quality,” said Mr. Kristoffer Luczak, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage, Melco Crown Entertainment Limited. “City of Dreams Macau will not rest on its laurels and is committed to offering award-winning Chinese and western cuisines for the enjoyment of locals and tourists alike, helping raise the bar on fine dining in Macau and making the integrated resort the place to be for enjoying the finest dining offerings in town.”
