The Venetian Macao is scheduled to participate in the upcoming SATTE 2016 tradeshow for the sixth time. The event will be held in New Delhi from January 29 to 31 and the casino will announce its latest promotions, including the “Scrumptious Macau Getaway” hotel package, “Macau Meetings with More” MICE package, and its range of entertainment options. The getaway package is available at three Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macau properties, offering accommodation, shopping offers and dining options, including one at the only Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in Asia. “Macau Meetings with More,” a promotion for MICE delegates and event planners, offers a wide range of discount benefits at all six Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macau hotels. The Venetian will attend the trade show to boast its extensive MICE, entertainment and hospitality facilities.

To celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year, the Grand Hyatt’s Beijing Kitchen will follow in Dongbei’s tradition of feasting on a whole pig, which symbolizes plenty of luck and blessings for the year ahead. Beijing Kitchen offers the time-honored tradition of experiencing a Chinese Spring Festival feast, prepared by the restaurant’s experienced and well-traveled chef Sun Yinming, who journeyed to Northeast regions – Shenyang and Dalian to explore and study authentic ingredients and flavors of the whole pig feast. “Mouthwatering mains include braised pork cheek in soy sauce, sautéed pig tails with fresh chili, and Dongbei-style braised pork belly with vermicelli, black pudding and preserved vegetables,” a press release reads. The CNY dinner will be served from February 7 to March 13. Beijing Kitchen promises a seasonal taste of northern China and classic village dishes.
