Sands China Ltd. has launched a special financing programme for its local SME suppliers in cooperation with six local banks.
Through the Sands China SME Financial Support Programme, six local banks are offering special loans and credit to local SMEs who have contracts or purchase orders with the gaming operator, with the aim of supporting local SMEs through more favourable bank financing loan products.
According to the gaming operator, the six banks have tailor-made this financing programme for Sands China’s suppliers, and it is the first time they are accepting contracts and purchase orders as a form of guarantee.
“Sands China is very pleased to be the first integrated resort operator in Macau to present this new financing programme for our local SME suppliers,” said Dr. Wilfred Wong, president of Sands China Ltd.
“It is important for our company’s growth to go hand-in- hand with the growth of local businesses,” he added.
Conrad to hold annual pink-inspired luncheon in October
Conrad Macao is set to hold its annual Pink Inspired Charity Luncheon on October 10, 2019.
To be held in the property’s Turfan Ballroom, the charity luncheon aims to raise money for the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution Campaign.
Annually, the hotel holds its pink-inspired campaign with a series of pink experiences and collectibles available throughout October.
Last year, Conrad Macao announced that the hotel pledged to donate a portion of its Pink Inspired proceeds to benefit Pink Revolution, an annual campaign that raises public awareness and funds for its free breast cancer care services.
