Mesa celebrates ‘Month of Portugal’ with exclusive menu

In celebration of the “June – Month of Portugal in Macau,” SJM Resorts’ Mesa by José Avillez at Grand Lisboa Palace is joining the Portuguese Cuisine Gastronomy Tour “Comer e Beber à Portuguesa” with a special tasting menu available throughout June.
Presented by head chef Herlander Fernandes, the seven-course menu reflects renowned chef José Avillez’s “Casual Fine Dining” philosophy and features modern interpretations of traditional Portuguese dishes such as Crispy Codfish Balls, Seafood Rice with Caviar, and Crispy Suckling Pig.
The experience also includes a curated selection of Portuguese wines chosen to complement each course.
Organized by the Consulate General of Portugal and supported by multiple Portuguese institutions, the event highlights the city’s role in fostering Sino-Portuguese cultural exchange through gastronomy.
