Sands China is offering a series of Valentine’s Day specialties at its properties’ eight signature restaurants on February 14.
Brasserie at The Parisian will feature appetisers, including a seafood platter for two, followed by a choice of duck foie gras and eel terrine, pork and truffle pâté or fig carpaccio, among others, according to a statement issued by the gaming operator.
Sands Cotai Central’s Chiado will also offer its Chiado’s Valentine’s Day set dinner menu that kicks off with crab served with chilled jelly and seaweed, followed by foie gras with ginga liqueur, pear, pistachio and watercress.
Copa Steakhouse at Sands Macao is offering a ‘Tender Hearts Romance 2020’ special Valentine’s Day set dinner, including a welcome drink of Italian sparkling wine, followed by an amuse-bouche of fresh South African abalone with piri piri sauce, and an appetiser of salmon tartare.
