Wynn Macau marks 20th anniversary with share award scheme

To commemorate two decades in Macau, Wynn Macau has launched the “Wynn Macau 20th Anniversary Share Award” to reward eligible employees at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.

The initiative covers nearly 95% of the company’s 11,660 full-time staff. Remarkably, over 1,400 “day-one” employees who joined at the resort’s 2006 opening received a 20-year service certificate alongside a share award valued at MOP50,000.

“This is a day of gratitude,” said Linda Chen, president, vice chairman, and executive director of Wynn Macau.

“20 years ago I arrived in Macau filled with excitement and anticipation, joining our team in bringing Wynn Macau to life. 20 years later, that same vision and passion have not only driven Wynn’s growth but have also enabled me, together with our 11,660 team members and their families, to put down roots, build a career, and thrive in Macau,” she added.
