41 suspected illegal workers caught in May

A total of 41 people were detained by the Public Security Police Force (PSP) in the course of the last month on suspicion of illegal work in Macau, the PSP said in a release. The 41 people were found during inspections from the police at a total of 319 locations including construction sites, private buildings, and commercial and industrial establishments, among others. The number is identical to the one recorded in April this year, although fewer locations were inspected then (291).
