Previously, the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) received a report accusing one police officer of checking individuals’ border crossing records. Sou wants the government to explain the loopholes and problems in police authority’s operations. He hopes that the police force can establish a monitoring mechanism to make sure that police powers will not “constantly expand.”
