EUAP-M showcase local shorts

The European Union Academic Programme in Macao (EUAP-M) will present the EU Short Film Challenge 2016 tomorrow, where 20 short films will be screened from 7 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Theater (E31) at the University of Macau (UM) campus. This is the third edition of this competition, which involves more than 60 students from the video workshop of the Department of Communications at UM. For this year’s competition, students were challenged to produce short films around the theme “#Migrations”. Students have used documentary and narrative approaches to explore topics related to Macau. The EU Short Film Challenge 2016 is one of the activities organized by the EUAP-M. Established in 2012, the EUAP-M is a partnership between the UM and the Institute of European Studies of Macau, co-financed by the European Union.
