Man arrested for setting fire at home

A male Macau resident was arrested yesterday at his home for setting his bedsheets on fire after an argument with his wife, according to a report by TDM. The Judiciary Police revealed that the suspect has been unemployed for many years and has a gambling addiction.  The suspect’s wife gave him a monthly allowance of MOP4,000 but delayed this month’s handout. The couple got into an argument and the suspect set the sheets on fire. His wife suffered burns on her right hand while attempting to put the fire out.
