CCAC staff member commits suicide

A male staff member from the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) committed suicide yesterday,  jumping off the Dynasty Plaza building. CCAC issued a statement saying that it is investigating the tragic incident together with the Judiciary Police.

Transport and storage sector up 11.4pct

The receipts and expenditure of the transport, storage and communications sector totaled MOP27.80 billion and MOP22.69 billion respectively in 2014, up by 11.4 percent and 8 percent year-on-year. According to the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC), the sectorial contribution to the economy amounted to MOP8.98 billion, up by 21.9 percent year-on-year.
