Guangzhou has rolled out a detailed Implementation Plan for the “Nansha Financial 30 Measures” – a policy framework to boost financial integration and global outreach in the GBA. The plan lists 88 actions across seven areas, including improved services for innovation and entrepreneurship, deepened cross-border financial market links, and expanded green, digital, and shipping finance. Measures also promote technology-innovation bonds and credit-enhancing instruments. Authorities aim to position Nansha as a pivotal financial hub within the Bay Area.
