Kam Lai Heen to host Dassai sake and Cantonese pairing dinner


Kam Lai Heen will host a Dassai Sake eight-course pairing dinner on June 12, featuring a curated collaboration between Executive Chinese Chef Johnny Sin and Dassai representative Takenari Yamamori.
The evening will begin with a pre-dinner Dassai masterclass at 6:30 p.m., followed by an eight-course Cantonese dinner at 7:30 p.m. showcasing a selection of Dassai sake labels paired with refined dishes.
The lineup includes Dassai 45 Sparkling, Dassai 23 Elegantly Tipsy, Dassai 23 Centrifuge, Dassai 23, Dassai 39 and Dassai Beyond, highlighting different brewing styles and flavor profiles.
According to the organizers, the pairing aims to present the craftsmanship behind Dassai sake alongside contemporary Cantonese cuisine in a structured tasting experience.
The dinner is priced at MOP1,088 nett per person. Reservations and inquiries can be made via Kam Lai Heen.
