MGM brings Singapore dining brand Chatterbox Café to Macau

MGM has launched the first Macau outpost of Chatterbox Café, a celebrated Singaporean dining brand known for its five-decade culinary legacy.

The restaurant brings a modern take on classic Singaporean flavors, offering signature dishes such as Singapore Mandarin Chicken Rice, Lobster Laksa, Singapore Chicken Curry, and Coconut Ice Cream.

The interior design draws inspiration from Chatterbox’s Singapore flagship while incorporating Macau’s local character.

Arched doorways, refined wood detailing, and mosaic accents create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere, blending Southeast Asian warmth with Southern European charm.

Adding a cultural layer to the dining experience, four bespoke paintings by Singaporean artist Tan Zi Xi depict the restaurant’s signature dishes and integrate symbolic elements from Macau’s natural heritage, including lotus flowers and black-faced spoonbills.

The CEO and executive director of MGM, Kenneth Feng, noted that gastronomy connects cultures, with Singapore and Macau serving as vibrant crossroads shaped by diverse histories and experiences.
