MGM China wins PATA Gold Award for talent development

MGM China has received the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Award 2026 in the Human Capital Development Programme category for its “Unleashing Greatness – MGM Human Capital Development Programme.”
The award, presented in Malaysia on Aug. 18, recognizes the company’s efforts to strengthen employee skills through diverse training programs and career development opportunities, supporting talent development in Macau’s cultural tourism sector.
MGM China CEO and Executive Director Kenneth Feng said the award reflects international recognition of the company’s investment in talent and its commitment to developing professionals with industry expertise, international perspectives and local knowledge.
This is the sixth PATA award received by MGM since 2018, including two PATA Grand Awards. Its previous recognition has covered corporate social responsibility, talent development, youth empowerment, cultural tourism marketing and heritage preservation.
The human capital program provides year-round training through the MGM Academy and online learning platform, covering more than 10 areas, including leadership, professional certification, career development and community engagement.
