The Michelin Guide Ceremony will take place on March 15 at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, unveiling the 17th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau restaurant selection, according to a recent press release.
The ceremony is expected to be a key event for food enthusiasts and industry professionals, gathering culinary talent to celebrate the dining scene in Hong Kong and Macau.
One week before the ceremony, the Bib Gourmand selection, highlighting restaurants offering “good quality, good value cooking,” will be announced.
The Michelin Guide evaluates restaurants based on five key criteria: the quality of ingredients, mastery of cooking techniques, harmony of flavors, the chef’s personality reflected in the cuisine, and consistency.
