Two hotels collaborate on ‘Check’ N Fly Service’ with the airport

Macau International Airport (MIA) launched the first phase of the “Check’ N Fly Service”, collaborating with Holiday Inn Express Macau City Centre and Crowne Plaza Macau for this initial phase.

This new service allows travelers and residents to conveniently complete flight check-in and luggage drop-off at designated hotels, with luggage delivered directly to their final destination, eliminating the need to carry luggage between hotels, attractions, and the airport.

After six months of coordination with airport operators, the service is currently available for Air Macau flights, with plans to gradually include other airlines and expand the number of participating hotels.

Eric Fong, director of the marketing department at Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM), stated that three more hotels will be added subsequently, and support for other airlines is planned for the second quarter or early third quarter of this year.

The Check’ N Fly Service operating hours are daily from 8:15 a.m. to 5:50 p.m.

To celebrate the service launch, a promotional price of MOP40 per bag is offered from January to March 2026. After the promotional period ends, the fee will be MOP70 per bag.

Randy Chung, general manager of Holiday Inn Express Macau City Centre, mentioned that feedback from guests has been positive during the initial operation of the service. He believes the service will enhance Macau’s tourism image and service quality, solidifying the city’s position as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.” Ricaela Diputado
