Tap Seac Art Fair to open today

The Tap Seac Art Fair commences today and ends next Sunday, with 400 booths for artists from Macau, Guangzhou, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea. This year’s MOP1.73 million edition highlights a special addition of “storyteller,” through which visitors will be better informed of the square’s history. The authorities said that local artists have also expanded their presence beyond Macau to other regions. The budget for the event was reportedly slashed by around MOP500,000 to reduce printed advertisements under austerity measures.
