Andaz Macau marks anniversary with Sino-Luso gastronomic bazaar

Andaz Macau celebrated its second anniversary on Sept. 13 with the return of the Sino-Luso Gastronomic Bazaar, an event promoting the city’s Chinese and Portuguese culinary traditions.

The bazaar, to be held at Andaz Kitchen, will feature contributions from chefs at Andaz Macau and Galaxy Macau alongside independent vendors.

Dishes representing various regions of Portugal, including the north, central, and southern areas, as well as the islands of Madeira and the Azores, will be presented. Local restaurants will also showcase specialties from Northeast China, Sichuan, and Chiu Chow cuisine.

According to a statement from the resort, the highlight of the program was a four-hand dinner prepared by Chef André Lai of Andaz Macau and Chef Chek Keong Chan of Feng Wei Ju, a Michelin two-starred restaurant at StarWorld Hotel.
