CCM holds Children’s Choir Annual Concert

The Macao Cultural Centre (CCM) presented its Children’s Choir Annual Concert at the Small Auditorium yesterday. The young children performed a wide range of internationally known tunes, from folk to pop to jazz, including songs like “Lullaby of Birdland” and “Why We Sing”. This year’s concert had plenty of novelties such as the two a cappella songs: “Red Sun” and “I’m Yours” while “Laugh, Kookaburra!” was accompanied with physical performances by the choristers.

The song “Happy” from the movie “Despicable Me 2” was accompanied with children playing fun games on stage. Some of the young singers were also involved in the choreography of their moves, and the performance included projections throughout in which the choir shared memories of their experiences of this year.
