Central Provident Fund annual allocation to be credited September
The 2026 allocation of the budget surplus under the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund System is scheduled to be credited on September 24.
Elderly residents who have registered for automatic withdrawal and meet the eligibility criteria for automatic payment do not need to complete any additional formalities.
The payments will be automatically deposited into the bank accounts where their old-age or disability pensions are paid.
Other people eligible for withdrawal – those aged 65 or older, or those under 65 who have been receiving disability pensions for more than one year – who are not subject to automatic payment may submit their withdrawal applications to the Social Security Fund (FSS) via Macao One Account or self-service kiosks now.
If they submit their applications this month (August), their payments will likewise be credited to their bank accounts on September 24.
Applications submitted in paper form in August, or submitted in September, will result in payments being credited to the designated bank accounts on or after October 27.
The FSS has recently sent SMS reminders to eligible persons to submit withdrawal applications. These SMS messages contain no links, and residents are reminded to verify the authenticity of such communications and remain vigilant against scams.
