Cold weather ahead of winter solstice

Residents can expect sunny yet dry conditions, with daytime highs reaching around 20 celsius. Authorities urge citizens to dress appropriately due to significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. The cold weather blip follows a period of clear skies and minimal wind, contributing to the drop in temperatures observed in recent days.
