Cotai Water Jet is launching two new promotions for passengers including a “Macau Residents Buy- One-Get-One-Free Promotion” and a “Birthday Promotion.”
Macau identity card holders who purchase full fare Cotai First or Cotai Class tickets are entitled to redeem a return ticket of the same class between June 1 and July 15. This promotion applies to both City Route and Airport Route tickets, however the departure port of the first trip must be in Macau, according to Cotai Water Jet’s press release.
Moreover, until December 31, all passengers will be given a discounted round trip ticket during their birthday month. Travelers can enjoy a Cotai Class round trip ticket for just HKD/MOP 238 just by showing a valid ID to confirm their date of birth.
Sands organizes community event with Philadelphia orchestra members
Sands China Ltd. organized a community event on Saturday featuring some of The Philadelphia Orchestra members. The event was supported by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC).
Musicians from the orchestra held a master class series at the Conservatory School of Music, focusing on four instruments: violin, cello, oboe and trumpet.
According to Sands China’s statement, elite students from the conservatory were selected to learn from the musicians, who shared their musical advice and experience after listening to pieces performed by the students.
Sands China also invited students from the conservatory to the full orchestra experience at The Venetian Theatre, where The Philadelphia Orchestra performed over the weekend.
The statement said that the community event was an initiative of the Sands China Community Academy, which organizes community outreach activities as “a way for the company to give back to the Macau community by providing opportunities for locals to interact with incredibly talented and accomplished individuals.”
