A total of 26 disabled candidates were referred to participate in this Campaign, in coordination with the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL).

According to a statement issued by the company, the initiative is intended to encourage those with disabilities to engage in employment and promote social inclusion while MGM expands its Golden Lion Team.

The event offered non-gaming job openings under six different departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen & Stewarding, Floral, Rooms and Finance – Warehouse.

In line with the vision to “Create a Better Tomorrow Today,” MGM has begun hiring team members with disabilities since its opening, in 2007.

At present, a total of 22 disabled employees are working at both MGM’s non-gaming and gaming operations under various departments.
