Interior ShotSands Macao is bringing Australia’s Cullen wines to Copa Steakhouse Wednesday, Nov 5.
Wine lovers will not want to miss the chance to enjoy freshly-
prepared, distinctive courses paired with five Cullen wines, including three that have scored over 91 points by renowned American wine critic Robert Parker, in a one-night-
only dinner presented by Links Concepts.
Diners will sample a five-course gourmet menu that includes: Coffin Bay Oyster Kilpatrick paired with Cullen Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2010; Duo of Grilled Moreton Bay Bug and Barramundi Fillet with Lemon Myrtle Beurre Blanc paired with Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay 2010; Grilled Australian Waygu Beef with Caramelized Red Onion and Mushroom Risotto paired with Cullen Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2010 and Cullen Mangan 2010; Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb with Bean Ragout paired with Cullen Diana Madeline 2010; and finally for dessert, Berries Pavlova with Passion Fruit Coulis.
Grown on a certified biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally powered estate, all Cullen wines are harvested by hand on fruit and flowered days according to the astrological calendar. With no additions of yeast, acid or malolactic, the Cullen wines are in this sense natural wines which express the place and land on which they are grown.
