The Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) predicts temperatures will gradually rise midweek with increasing cloudiness, before dropping again later under the influence of the northeast monsoon, accompanied by stronger winds. Early this week, mornings and evenings will be cool, while daytime remains sunny and dry, with a large day-night temperature difference. The seven-day forecast shows temperatures of 13–23 degrees Celsius on Dec. 28-29, rising to 16-23 degrees on Dec. 31-Jan. 1, then falling to 12–13 degrees by Jan. 2-3.
