Sands Shoppes Cotai Strip Macao hosted the second Sands Retail Awards ceremony last week at Conrad Macao, Cotai Central.
The ceremony recognized and rewarded retailers at the Four Seasons, the Venetian, Cotai Central and the Parisian for their commitment to service excellence throughout 2016.
The event was hosted in conjunction with the Sands Retail Academy Graduation Ceremony, said Sands China’s statement.
Awards were presented for ‘Best Store Performance’ to winners from nine categories and ten winners were selected based on the assessment of their sales performance, overall shop presentation and customer services throughout the year.
“We also hope that the annual ceremony will serve to inspire both the retailers and their staff members to provide an even higher level of service, which will be to the benefit of Sands Retail, the retailers and their employees and of course our customers,” said David Sylvester, executive vice president of Global Retail, Las Vegas Sands Corp.
