Evolution opens first online squeeze baccarat game

William Hill’s newly opened online business went live yesterday with Evolution Gaming’s first web-based squeeze baccarat table. The game – by far Macau’s most popular – is streamed live to users from Evolution’s studios in Riga, Latvia, via William Hill’s Macau website (macau.williamhill.com).
A total of 17 high-definition cameras relay the action from live tables, according to Dow Jones Institutional News. But the real highlight is the live squeeze of the cards captured through close-ups; an element that many live baccarat tables do not have.
“For many players, the most absorbing and thrilling aspect of baccarat is the ritual of the squeeze. With Live Baccarat Squeeze, the squeeze is captured in crystal-clear close-ups,” said Richard Hadida, co-founder and creative director of Evolution.
The launch comes shortly before Evolution Gaming is scheduled to take their generic live baccarat tables online. All company licensees will be included by the end of January 2016.
“With this comprehensive upgrading of our entire Live Baccarat offering, we have created a totally authentic live gaming experience. All of our Baccarat variants feature bean-shaped tables, cards dealt face down and a new user interface.
