The award-winning Michelin-starred French chef Jean-Yves Guého proudly presents his latest creations at Sofitel Macau between April 15th and 19th. Let your taste buds linger with refined gourmet mixing traditional culinary with innovation from chef Guého this April in the French boutique restaurant, Privé, while enjoying his acclaimed signature dishes including line-caught sea bass poached and inserted with slivers of truffle, young pigeon breast in Romanoff sauce, chilled spider crab with piquillo pepper ravioli, half lobster tail in fresh morel mushrooms and yellow wine or sautéed green asparagus, egg in a ramekin and French caviar.
Originally from the North-west of France, Chef Jean-Yves Guého currently co-owns the restaurant L’Atlantide in Britanny, which earned a Michelin star within a year of its opening in 1998. The restaurant also received four French Gault Millau toques for its quality of the food. After working his way from Asia to the USA for more than 35 years, Jean-Yves Guého is an epicurean who loves cooking for both gourmets, mixing traditional culinary with innovation, and showcasing a certain art de vivre with great food, sincerely presented with no sign of arrogance.
