Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has received three human resources awards this year, underlining its commitment to developing the next generation of integrated resort professionals, the gaming operator announced in a statement.
The company’s Training & Development (T&D) department was named “Team of the Year – Hospitality & Leisure” at the 2026 Hong Kong Business Management Excellence Awards, marking GEG as the only winner in the category from Macau.
Earlier, GEG earned two accolades at the 5th National Human Resources Innovation Competition, including “Best Talent Development Brand – Leading Brand” and “Best Innovative HR Practice – Leading Brand” for its “Experience Macao with GEG” program, a collaboration with Macau University of Tourism.
According to a statement, GEG emphasizes structured induction training, cross-departmental development, and professional certification, with over 4,000 employees certified to date.
“GEG creates comprehensive growth opportunities for team members through structured induction training, systematic service concept courses, and cross-departmental development platforms,” the statement reads.
